The end is nigh!

All good things have to come to an end, or so the English proverb says. And that also applies to this blog. Internal promotion to a fairly dizzy height has meant there has been very little to comment on from within the blog's remit of late - the passengers and my fellow regiment members. Any comment on my new contemporaries would be a little too obvious, so I'll say farewell. Our paths may cross at some point in the future, who knows - neither of us will!

In the words of Lt Frank Drebbin of Police Squad, "Don't cry, it's not goodbye; it's just we'll never see each other ever again".

Shame this blog has come to an end but I understand. Your views have mirrored most of us in the passenger transport industry. It is good that you have kept this blog focussed and I am sure that with your journalistic skills you can and will keep blogging under a different identity with another remit and style.

Enjoy your new job and a big thank you for the brilliant content you have posted onto this blog over it's life.
